Demos of Various Types of Videos Built with Camtasia Studio 7

The links provided here will illustrate the main features of Camtasia Studio, the ability to capture, edit, and share (distribute) videos of interactions with software applications (both Desktop and web-based). It all starts with a series of screen captures in the form of a video and audio is either recorded during the capture part of the process or added later during an editing phase.

The illustrations provided here are of a single session within an authoring tool called ToolBook where the task is to select a button object, then set the Caption and font properties of the button (roughly 7 steps to perform the entire task).  The video was captured using Camtasia's capture utility and then the original video was edited with caption text being added for each step in the software simulation.

Camtasia Studio also can be used to capture a PowerPoint presentation and that will be shown last.
